Tony O’Leary

Tony O’Leary has served in leadership and senior management positions in the affordable housing industry for more than 30 years. The importance of effective leadership, sound management and team building practices are the foundation of his success at the City of Akron, as Director of Planning and Urban Development and Deputy Mayor for Administration, at the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority (AMHA), as Executive Director for 25 years and at Du & Associates as Senior Vice President. 

Policy research, strategic planning, asset management, organizational assessment, staff development and program and process improvement are major areas of concentration in his work at Du & Associates, as part of a talented team of associates, who also have extensive work experience in the field of affordable housing in these and additional areas.
